"Soft-Body Objects" is a package that contains low-poly ready to use soft-body objects. Soft-Body physics are totally different than Unity's built-in physics engine. So this package uses "Bullet Physics" to achieve soft-body.

Learn how to simulate soft bodies in a physically accurate way with RealFlow. Soft bodies are a great way to model soft, malleable surfaces, especially ones that collide with other objects. In this tutorial, working along with author Ran Ben Avraham, you'll concentrate on RealFlow's soft bodies dynamics system, jumping back and forth between Maya and After Effects—following a realistic production workflow pipeline.
In this video we learn to use the new Soft Body Dynamics System to create a fun animation of shapes inflating and filling an invisible cube.
